These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HireGlint platform and websites (the "Service") as a candidate. By creating an account, applying to a role, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are an organisation using HireGlint to hire, our Terms for Employers apply instead.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when you register or apply.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, or to use it unlawfully or fraudulently — for example, by misrepresenting your identity or submitting work that is not your own.

You must not copy, replicate or reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product.

By signing up for HireGlint you acknowledge and agree to provide personal details and to build a candidate profile — including your name, contact details, resume, education, skills, work history and your answers to assessments and application questions.

You agree that HireGlint may process this information to operate the Service, including to screen and rank your resume, evaluate your assessments and interviews, and match you to relevant roles.

You agree that HireGlint may share your profile and application details with hiring organisations and employers on the platform for recruitment purposes, so that they can consider you for roles. We will not sell your personal information or use it for any purpose unrelated to recruitment and the Service.

You retain ownership of the information you provide. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is handled, and how to access, correct or delete it.

When you apply through an application link, you provide personal information (PII) including your name, email address, phone number, resume and your answers to application questions. We and the hiring organisation use this information solely to review your application and coordinate the hiring process for the role(s) you applied to.

You agree that we may contact you by email and phone to notify you about, confirm and schedule interviews. This contact may be made by a member of the hiring team or by an automated AI voice assistant that can call you to arrange interview times.

We will not sell your personal information and will not use it for any purpose unrelated to this hiring process. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is handled.

Before submitting an application you are asked to confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Your application is submitted only after you provide that consent, which we record. You may withdraw consent or request deletion by contacting the hiring organisation or us.

By creating an account or using the Service you agree that HireGlint may send you service-related messages and marketing communications — including job alerts, product updates, offers and other emails — by email, phone or in-product messaging.

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. Service-related and account messages are necessary to operate the Service and cannot be opted out of while you hold an account.

The Service, including its software, content and question banks provided by HireGlint, remains our property. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireGlint is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
