Terms & Conditions for Employers

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your organisation’s access to and use of the HireGlint platform and websites (the "Service") as a customer. By creating a business account or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of your organisation.

You are responsible for the activity under your organisation’s account and for keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate company information and are responsible for your team members’ use of the Service, including the roles and permissions you grant them.

The Service is billed using credits. Each plan includes a number of credits per billing cycle priced in your selected currency.

Monthly plans renew each month and credits do not roll over between cycles. Annual plans are billed once, grant all credits upfront for the year, and are discounted versus monthly.

You may purchase additional top-up credits, which are usable within the current billing cycle.

New accounts may receive free trial credits valid for a limited period (e.g. 7 days).

Paid plans renew automatically using your saved payment method until cancelled. You can cancel renewal at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, or to use it for unlawful, discriminatory or fraudulent hiring practices. You are responsible for complying with employment and data-protection laws applicable to your hiring.

You must not copy, reproduce, replicate, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works of the Service, nor reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to derive its source code, design, models or underlying methods.

You must not use the Service, or any information, data, benchmarks or outputs obtained from it, to build, train, or assist a product or service that competes with HireGlint, and you must not permit any third party to do so on your behalf.

You retain ownership of the data you submit and the candidate data you collect through the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the Service.

For personal data of candidates you invite or assess, your organisation acts as the data controller and HireGlint acts as a processor on your behalf. You are responsible for obtaining any required candidate consents (for example, for recording and proctoring) and for handling candidate rights requests.

The Service, including its software, content and question banks provided by HireGlint, remains our property. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.

By creating an account or using the Service you agree that HireGlint may send you service-related messages and marketing communications — including product updates, offers, and other emails — by email, phone or in-product messaging.

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. Service-related and account messages are necessary to operate the Service and cannot be opted out of while you hold an account.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireGlint is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may stop using the Service at any time; cancellation of billing is governed by the Auto-renewal & cancellation section above.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
